This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the policies and practices employed by the owners and operators of the website https://www.FearlessParanoia.com (“Fearless Paranoia” or “we” or “us”) with respect to information, including personally identifiable information and data (“Personal Information”), and other information Fearless Paranoia collects from visitors to the website located at https://www.FearlessParanoia.com (the “Website”), and all related services (collectively the “Fearless Paranoia Services” or the “Services”).

Information You Voluntarily Submit: We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us, register for access to our Website or Services, sign up for new post notification, or download content from the Website. - Third Party Vendors – to service providers who provide products and services related to the operation and maintenance of the Website and/or the performance of certain Services related to the Website or our digital media (each Third Party Vendor’s use of your Personal Information is dictated by their respective privacy policy), including the following Third Party Vendor service providers:
- Tracking – In order to improve the Website and Fearless Paranoia Services, we will sometimes share your information with analytics providers that help us analyze how people are using our Services. For example, we use common industry-wide analytics software to understand how people use our app so we can improve the Services and increase engagement. We use the following third-party service providers for tracking:
- Google Analytics: Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics Opt-Out. To provide website visitors the ability to prevent their data from being used by Google Analytics, Google has developed the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js). If you want to opt-out, download and install the add-on for your web browser. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on is designed to be compatible with Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox and Opera. In order to function, the opt-out add-on must be able to load and execute properly on your browser. For Internet Explorer, 3rd-party cookies must be enabled. - Google Analytics: Privacy Policy
- Remarketing – Fearless Paranoia uses remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from vendors such as Google and Facebook to present special offers to you for our products and services over the Google Content Network and via various social media networks. This means that you may see an ad for one of our products or services after having visited our Website. Fearless Paranoia also uses custom audiences based on subscriber email addresses and phone numbers, allowing us to present special offers via Facebook and Google. Your Personal Information is only used by remarketers for the purposes described in this section. We use the following third-party service providers for remarketing:
- Facebook (opt out of Facebook remarketing here);
- Google (opt out of Google remarketing here)
- Email Marketing/Newsletters – Fearless Paranoia uses Optin Monster and Mail Chimp as its email marketing vendor. Through Optin Monster and Mail Chimp we collect information related to the subscription for and delivery of our digital content to subscribers, including tracking the actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the Website and our Email Marketing. - Upon subscription, Optin Monster and/or Mail Chimp may track the pages you visit on the Website and, if you become a subscriber, information about your transaction is provided to Optin Monster and Mail Chimp.
- Our marketing emails contain tracking pixels, allowing us to analyze the success of our email subscriptions. These tracking pixels allow us to see if and when you opened an email, which links you click in the email, and which pages of the Website you visit. This information is not provided to third parties by Fearless Paranoia, but the use of such information by Optin Monster and/or Mail Chimp is subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Podcasts and Video Content – Fearless Paranoia uses Podbean and YouTube to host and distribute our Podcast and Video Content, respectively. Through these platforms, we collect information related to the subscription for, use of, and interaction with our content, including tracking the actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of our content hosted on and distributed by those platforms. - Other Third Parties – to whom you ask us to send your information.
Disclosure of Other Information
In addition to collecting Personal Information, we may collect information that does not identify you and is not associated with your Personal Information. We may also de-identify information so it no longer identifies you.
Analysis of Website Performance: The Website may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Website, the number of visitors to each page of our Website, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Information is available or used in this process.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or otherwise creates a burden or workload in excess of standard requests. If we determine that a fee is warranted by the request, we will inform you of the determination and provide both a written justification for the fee, as well as a cost estimate, prior to completing your request.

We will aim to complete requests as soon as reasonably practicable and consistent with any applicable laws. Requests made on behalf of another, and thus requiring confirmation of the authority of the agent and the authenticity of the requestor, will likely take more time to complete.

Fearless Paranoia does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
